Project overview

Council is developing the next stages of the Creswick Streetscape project. Focused on Cambridge Street, the project aims to:

  • Improve drainage and stormwater.
  • Formalise parking.
  • Increase the usability and amenity of the open space.
  • Boost pedestrian connections.
  • Improve road safety.
  • Improve tree canopy coverage.


    • Next steps

    Detailed design of civil elements of the Precinct Concept Plan and discussions with funding partners to maximise the extend of works. Tendering is expected early 2025 with delivery in Q2 2025.
